Payment and shipping
All orders are pre-paid in full, plus shipping charges. California residents add 9.25% sales tax.
International orders are shipped by US postal express mail only, including insurance and tracking #. Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes that are applied by the customs of their country. Attila Aszodi Designs is not responsible for transit time.
Payments are accepted in the form Paypal, cashier’s check, money order and bank wire transfer. I do not accept credit cards and personal checks are not accepted.
Warranty and returns
Each product is guaranteed to be free of any defects upon arrival, and carries a 6 month repair warranty (from regular wear and tear).
Returns are accepted within one week of delivery and the item needs to be in new/unused condition, in its original packaging, without any signs of use. A product that was specifically designed for you and made to your specs cannot be returned under any circumstances. A case or strap that has been used cannot be returned.
In case of a return, I need to be notified via email, pending my reply and approval for the return. The refund amount will be less the shipping charges.
Disclaimer
Every product I sell is hand made; each hide is hand selected and will vary slightly in color, density, grain, size, softness.
These variations are within tolerances for a and made product and normal. Therefore I cannot accept any returns or replacements if two items do not match exactly, or if the strap you receive is slightly different in color than the strap I have on my this site - this is also your assurance that the product you will receive is truly unique and handmade!
